SB1001 HFA Rowe 1-11 #2

               Delegate Rowe moves to amend SB1001 on page 6, Section 4, line 13, after the word “exhausted” by striking out the period, adding a comma, and inserting the following: “but in no event for more than 10 tax years after the first year of eligibility for tax credits.”
